We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

1. Condition Requirements To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in new, unopened, and factory-sealed condition. Any hardware (CPUs, RAM, Laptops) with broken manufacturer seals will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

2. Defective Items (The 48-Hour Rule) If your item arrives damaged or is "Dead on Arrival," you must notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid return label and a priority replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items Opened software, digital licenses, and custom-built PC configurations are non-returnable.

4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
